• Vector embeddings generated from meeting content for semantic search.

How we use data

• To capture, transcribe, and generate AI summaries of your meetings.
• To enable RAG-powered search across your meeting history.
• To provide exports of summaries, action items, and meeting knowledge.
• To secure the platform and prevent abuse.

Data storage and security

• All data is transmitted using TLS 1.3.
• All meeting data is encrypted at rest with AES-256.
• Access to the application is controlled via authentication and role-based access patterns.
• Meeting audio is processed and discarded — only transcripts and structured data are stored.

Retention

We retain data for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, and support auditability. You can request deletion where applicable and permitted.
